PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan dulot ng lokal na mga pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa mga lalawigan ng Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga at Aurora.

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan ang iiral sa Dulong Hilagang Luzon habang mahina hanggang sa katamtaman mula sa Hilagang-silangan hanggang sa Silangan sa nalalabing bahagi ng Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Bahagyang mapanganuron sundo sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-uran o pagkikilat-pagdaguldol ang iiral sa Kabikulan, Norteng Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, asin Marinduque. Maluya sundo sa moderatong duros na haling norte-sirangan ang mamatian, na may banayad sundo sa moderatong pag-alon ning kadagatan.

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang iiral sa Kabikulan, Hilagang Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon at Marinduque. Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa hilagang-silangan ang iiral, na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

FORECAST: Central & Western Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Occidental Mindoro and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to East will prevail over Visayas, Palawan  and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.

PAGBANA-BANA: Ang Central & Western Visayas ug Palawan adunay madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan ug panugdog ug kilat tungud sa ITCZ. Ang Occidental Mindoro ug uban pang bahin sa Visayas makasinati sa panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan o pagnugdog ug kilat.
