Moving North Northeast at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

 PAGTAYA:  Maulap na kalangitan na may mahinang  mga pag-ulan ang inaasahan sa mga lalawigan ng Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya at Aurora habang bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mahinang  mga pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union at Pangasinan dulot ng Hanging Amihan.

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging katamtaman hanggang sa napakaalon.

SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Northern Luzon.

MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Bahagyang mapanganuron sundo sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-uran o pagkikilat-pagdaguldol ang iiral sa Kabikulan, Norteng Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, asin Marinduque. Maluya sundo sa moderatong duros na haling Norte-Sirangan ang mamatian, na may banayad sundo sa moderatong pag-alon ning kadagatan.

PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang iiral sa  Kabikulan, Hilagang Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon at Marinduque. Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa Hilagang Silangan ang iiral, na may banayad hanggang sa katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, the center of the Tropical Depression "AMANG" was estimated based on all available data at 460 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.9N, 130.5E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. Moving North Northwest at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST:
Southern Leyte will have rains with gusty winds, while the rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to TD Amang. Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast monsoon.

Strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough seas. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

PAGBANA-BANA: 
Ang Southern Leyte makasinati ug mga pag-ulan ug paghuros sa hangin, samtang ang nahabiling dapit sa Visayas makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangita inubanan sa katag-katag na pag-ulan, ug panogdog-kilat tungod sa TD Amang. Ang Palawan, ug Occcidental Mindoro makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak ug hinay nga pag-ulan tungod sa Amihan.

Kusog na paghuros sa hangin gikan sa Amihanang-silangan ang magapasulabi sa Silangang bahin sa Visayas diin ang kadagatan kusog ang pagbalod. Kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga paghuros sa hangin gikan sa Amihanang-silangan ang magapasulabi sa uban pang bahin sa Visayas, Palawan, ug Occidental Mindoro diin ang kadagatan kasarangan ngadto sa kusog ang pagbalud.

FORECAST:  
CARAGA and provinces of Camiguin will experienced rains with gusty winds due to Tropical Depression “AMANG”. The rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TD “Amang”. The eastern sections of Mindanao will have strong winds coming from the Northeast with rough seas. Elsewhere, moderate winds from Northeast will prevail with moderate to rough seas.
