SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 370 km South Southeast of Puerto Princesa, Palawan  (6.6ᴼN, 119.8ᴼE). 

PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may mahinang mga pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa mga isla ng Batanes at Babuyan habang bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mahihinang mga pag-ulan ang inaasahan sa mga lalawigan ng Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Aurora, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino at natitirang bahagi ng Cagayan dulot ng Hanging Amihan.

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan hanggang sa Silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging katamtaman hanggang sa maalon.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 370 km South of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (7.8 N, 119.0 E).

FORECAST: Visayas and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to LPA.  Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from Northeast to East will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.

PAGBANA-BANA: Ang Visayas ug Palawan makasinati ug madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan ug panugdog-kilat tungod sa LPA. Ang Occidental Mindoro adunay panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan ug panugdog-kilat.

Kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga paghuros sa hangin gikan sa Amihanang-Silangan ngadtu sa Silangan  ang magpasulabi sa silangang bahin sa Visayas ug ang kadagatan aning lugara kay kasarangan ngadto sa baluron. Samtang, hinay ngadtu sa kasarangan nga paghuros sa hangin ang mopasulabi sa Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, ug ubang bahin sa Visayas diin adunay malinawon ngadtu sa kasarangan nga pagbalud sa kadagatan.
