PAGTAYA: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan ang inaasahan sa mga lalawigan ng Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya at Aurora dulot ng Lokal na pagkidlat-pagkulog.

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan hanggang sa Silangan ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying-dagat ay magiging katamtaman hanggang sa maalon.

SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression CHEDENG was estimated based on all available data at 105 km East of General Santos City or at 800 km South Southeast of Legazpi City, Albay (6.3N, 126.1E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 60km/h. It is Moving West Southwest at 15km/h.

MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Bahagyang mapanganuron hanggang sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong pag-uran ang mamamatian sa Kabikulan, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon asin Northern Samar. Katamtaman hanggang sa makusog na duros na haling Norteng-sirangan ang mairal na may katamtaman hanggang sa maalon na kadagatan.

PAGTAYA:  Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong pag-ulan ang mararanasan sa Kabikulan, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon at Northern Samar. Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Hilagang-silangan ang iiral na may katamtaman hanggang sa maalon na karagatan.

FORECAST: Visayas and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Occidental Mindoro will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro moderate to rough seas.

PAGBANA-BANA: Ang Visayas ug Palawan makasinati sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan ug panugdug-kilat. Ang Occidental Mindoro may higayon sa panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon na kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan o panugdog-kilat.

Kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga paghuros sa hangin gikan sa Amihanang-silangan ang magpasulabi sa Visayas Palawan, Occidental Mindoro diin adunay kasarangan ngadtu sa magkabaluron nga kadagatan.

Davao Region and  SOCCSKARGEN will have rains with gusty winds caused by TD “Chedeng”. Rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains due TD “Chedeng”. Mindanao will have strong winds from the Northeast to North with rough seas.

KAUGALINGONG DAYALEKTO: 
Davao Region and  SOCCSKARGEN makasinati pag ulan inubanan sa paghuros sa hangin TD “Chedeng”. Ang ubang parte sa Mindanao makasinati sa mapanganuron nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag ulan ug pagpanalugdog tungod kini sa TD “Chedeng”.
