SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "INENG"{BAILU} was estimated at 1,135km East of Infanta,Quezon°(15.5°N, 132.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
 
PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong na mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa mga isla ng Batanes at Babuyan sanhi ng Habagat. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan dulot ng lokal na mga pagkidlat-pagkulog ang mararanasan sa mga lalawigan ng Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra, Benguet, Apayao, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya at nalalabing bahagi ng Cagayan.

Mahina hanggang sa malakas na hangin mula sa Timog-kanluran ang iiral sa Hilagang Luzon at sa Lalawigan ng Aurora. Ang mga baybaying dagat ay magiging banayad hanggang sa maalon.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 975 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar or 1,070 km East of Legazpi City, Albay (13.2N, 133.6E). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Northern Luzon.

MAGIGING KAMUGTAKAN: Mapanganuron na kalangitan na may warak-warak na mga pag-uran asin asin pagkikilat-pagdaguldol an mamamatian sa Kabikulan asin Northern Samar. Bahagyang mapanganuron sundo sa mapanganuron na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong pag-uran o pagkikilat-pagdaguldol an nilalaoman sa Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque asin Romblon. Maluya sundo sa moderatong duros na haling Sur-sulnupan sundo Sulnupan an mairal na may banayad sundo sa moderatong pag-alon kan kadagatan.

PAGTAYA: Maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang mararanasan sa Kabikulan at Northern Samar. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulo-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang inaasahan sa Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque at Romblon. SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "INENG" was estimated at 1,135 km East of Infanta, Quezon (15.5°N, 132.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon western sections of Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rainshowers and thunderstorm.

Moderate to Strong winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to Moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over  Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from Southwest to West with moderate to rough seas on the eastern section of Mindanao. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas.
