December 28

  • Extreme Northern Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast (NE) Monsoon. The TECF will develop again and bring cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate rains over Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have fair and cooler weather especially in the morning. The rest of the country will be sunny and warm apart from isolated rainshowers.
