Operational Definition:
Minor Error – error in sentence structure such as subject verb agreement, inappropriate use of pronoun, wrong wrong spelling, wrong punctuation , simple grammar error and organization.
Major Error – means irrelevant citation of legal basis, inappropriate entry of names, erroneous recommendation of period spelling, wrong accredited/not accredited/resolution/opinion and inappropriate recommendation.
Complex Letter & Memo – requires citations/references of legal provisions, opinions and guidance from the management and other concerned personnel.
