Addendum No. IB 2017-013-01

Subject:  “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two (2) Units Wind Tunnel Assembly with Controller  to Central Office & Cebu Station and transfer of the existing Wind Tunnel from the Central office to Mindanao Station, all with provision of ready shelters and the conduct of training for the operation of the said equipment (Mindanao, Cebu & Central)”; ABC Php90M / PR No. 16-0890

This Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify, amend, and/or modify certain provisions in the bidding documents as a result of the Pre-bid Conference held on 07 June 2017, to wit:

Control package for adjustment of wind speed: “Control-Box”, PC with TFT-Monitor, control unit,   control software and all sensors differential pressure, barometric pressure, humidity, temperature, usable as a traceable reference system for calibration procedure delivered with DAkkS calibration certificate DIN ISO EU 17025  with 6 measuring points: in the range between 2-80m/s 6 points:  80.0, 70.0, 50.0, 30.0, 10.0, 2.0 m/s and with an ISO calibration certificate between 80-100 m/s (3 points): 100.0, 90, 80.0, m/s

All test points to have a tolerance ± 1.0%.


II.   ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATIONS:


1.   On the requirement of having a single completed contract whose value is at least 50% of the ABC of the Project to be bid, prospective bidders may be allowed to submit at least two (2) similar contracts the aggregate of which should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC of the instant Project to be bid; the largest of these similar contracts must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC of the instant Project to be bid.  All contracts submitted shall be supported with complete documentary evidence.          

2.   Prospective bidders shall include a detailed schedule of implementation and methodology in their respective proposal.

This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
