Subject:  “Services for the Delivery, Installation, Testing, Integration, Commissioning and Training for the Establishment of Telemetered Flood Forecasting and Warning Systems in Davao, Buayan-Malungon and Tagoloan River Basins - Re-bid”; ABC Php24,000,000.00 / P.R. No. 16-0665

This Bid Bulletin is being issued to consider SBBs (Addendum Nos. 2016-032-02 and 03), dated 20 & 22 December 2016, as follows:

1.    Additional Requirement/Clarification:

§   Bidders shall submit Radio Path Profile.

§  Prospective bidders may be allowed to submit at least two (2) similar contracts the aggregate of which should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC of the instant Project to be bid; the largest of these similar contracts must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC of the instant Project to be bid.

3.    Official Queries submitted by Massive Integrated Tech Solutions Inc. and PAGASA-BAC Answers

Query #1.   What do you mean “Dual Intel E5-200v2”? Since it is clearly stated “1 x 8 cores” and we understand that it is a single processor.

Answer:     The specification must have “dual capability”.  It should be a single processor with 8 cores.

Query #2.   As per Intel Advisory, E5-2600v2 (version 2) is already End of Life (EOL), can we offer E52600V3 (Version 3)?

Answer:     Yes, as long as the offered model will be compatible with the motherboard.

Query #3:   Is it possible to have a power rating ranges of 750W - 1200W to give way for the new model of the platform?

Answer:     Yes.

Query #4:   What is the capacity of data for the basis of 3 minutes back up? Is it a full back up?

Answer:     The server must have the capability of 1 terrabyte (TB) back-up.

This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
