SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN

Addendum No. IB 2017-020-02

Subject: “Supply, Delivery, Testing, Installation and Commissioning of Video Conferencing Equipment with monitor and stand”; ABC Php2,514,224.00 /    P.R. No. 2017-05-04 / Ref.  IB 2017-020

This Bid Bulletin is being issued to all prospective bidders to answer queries submitted in writing by prospective bidder, to wit:

A.   Official Queries submitted by American Technologies, Inc.

As stated in no. II. Technical  Requirements

B-2. “Duly Filled-up Manufacturer’s Authorization Form or Duly Authenticated Certification of Sole/Exclusive Distributorship issued by the Manufacturer.“

Since we are not the distributor of the brand offered, may we submit Certificate of Authorized Reseller from the Distributor?

Submission of “Certificate of Authorized Reseller” from the Distributor is acceptable.

As stated in the Conformity with the Technical Specification under Item A. “Background”

As stated in the Conformity with the Technical Specification under Item D. “Delivery Period And Place of Delivery”

Can we extend the delivery to forty five (45) working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed?



 

The winning bidder, after accepting the Notice to Proceed (NTP), shall deliver the hardware within a non-extendible period of forty-five (45) c.d. at the PAGASA WFFC Building located at PAGASA WFFC Compound, BIR Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

As stated in the Conformity with the Technical Specification under Item F. “Technical Specification”

Monitor and Videocon Stand

How many TV? Please state the quantity of the TV and the Videocon stand.

Can the TV be 49-50” because the updated releases of the TV today in the market are of 49” display?

2 units   49-50” UHD, Smart TV, Flat 3

As stated above, 49-50” TV is acceptable.

As stated in the Conformity with the Technical Specification under Item G.

“Equipment and System Warranty”

Please clarify.  What  maintenance/warranty

we have to follow the 8x5 support or the 24x7 support?

Technical support and configuration assistance via email, phone, remote support, 24/7.

(Please disregard 8x5 support.)
