Subject: “Supply, Delivery, Installation and Testing of One (1) lot Communication Equipment – RE-BID”; ABC Php2,189,000.00 / PR No. 2017-03-0282

This Bid Bulletin is being issued to clarify, amend, and/or modify certain provisions in the bidding documents as a result of the Pre-bid Conference held on 25 July 2017 and answer written request of the prospective bidder, to wit:
