This Bid Bulletin is being issued to answer official queries of the prospective bidders, to wit:

1.  Request for another extension of the submission/opening of bids.

The submission/opening of bids is extended from 23 October 2017 to 27 October 2017; 11:00 a.m. at the PAGASA Amihan Conference Room.

2.  Will PAGASA consider radar signal processor as similar in nature?

§ Similar projects are only those projects/contracts which are similar to the establishment of automated weather observation system for airport. 

§ Supply and delivery of radar parts are not considered similar in nature.
