Notice is hereby issued on amendment of schedule of bidding activities due to declaration of special non-working days on November 13, 14, and 15, 2017 in NCR, Pampanga, and Bulacan due to ASEAN Summit.

1.    Request for clarification/s and/or interpretation of any part of the Bidding Documents is from 02-17 November 2017;

2.    Issuance of bidding documents is extended until 27 November 2017;  and,

3.    Opening of Bid Envelopes 1 & 2 is moved to 28 November 2017.  The original time schedule shall be maintained.
