Valid Beginning: 6:00 PM today until 6:00 PM tomorrow

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 895 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.2°N, 130.4°E). Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated based on all available data at 280 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.0°N, 117.4°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Western Visayas.

FORECAST: Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while Central and Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest will prevail over the Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.

PAGBANA-BANA: Ang Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, ug Western Visayas, makasinati ug madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag nga pag-ulan ug panogdog-kilat tungod sa Habagat. Samtang and Central ug Eastern Visayas makasinati ug panagsang pagpanag-um ngadto sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan.

Kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga hangin gikan sa Habagatang-kasadpan ang mopasulabi sa Visayas, Palawan, ug Occidental Mindoro diin kasarangan ngadto sa kusog ang pagbalud sa kadagatan.
