It is moving Northwest at 40 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

METRO MANILA AND THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WEATHER SCENARIO WILL PERSIST UNTIL TOMORROW (11 JULY).
THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE OUTLOOK PERIOD (12 - 17 JULY) AS THE EASTERLIES WILL BE THE DOMINANT WIND SYSTEM, THE WHOLE COUNTRY WILL EXPERIENCE GENERALLY WARM AND HUMID WEATHER CONDITIONS APART FROM SOME ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORM MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING.
