SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "CHEDENG" was estimated based on all available data at 125 km East of General Santos City (6.2oN, 126.3oE) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 60 km/h. It is moving West Southwest at 15 km/h.

Davao Region and  SOCCSKARGEN will have rains with gusty winds caused by TD “Chedeng”. Rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains due TD “Chedeng”. Mindanao will have strong winds from the Northeast to North with rough seas.
