SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 100 km Northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.2°N, 126.1°E). Tail-end of a Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.

FORECAST:
Eastern Visayas and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TEFS/LPA. The rest of Visayas, and Palawan including Kalayaan Group of Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the entire Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands with moderate to rough seas.
