SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern sections of Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be rough. Elsewhere, moderate to strong winds from the Northeast with moderate to rough seas.

KAUGALINGONG DAYALEKTO:
Ang Mindanao makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag um ngadto sa madag umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa patak-patak nga pag ulan tungod kini sa Localized Thunderstorms. Adunay kusog nga hangin maga gikan sa amihanang silangang direksyon ang magpasulabi sa silangang bahin sa Mindanao ug ang kadagatan niining mga dapita kusog ang pagbalud. Sa ubang bahin sa Mindanao, kasarangan ngadto sa kusog nga hangin ang maga gikan sa amihanang silangang direksyon ug  kasarangan ngadto sa kusog ang pagbalud sa kadagatan.
